The customer is one of a growing number of forward-looking police forces in the US, Canada, Australia, the UK and Ireland who are cost-effectively increasing the digitization of their police and customer service and reporting operations. The customer will digitally capture officers’ field reports on secured mobile handheld devices and manage the digital audio report through a sophisticated city-wide workflow using the Audioworxs enterprise system. The efficiency gains will enable the customer to rapidly process more field reports with less office time and more consistency from a larger number of officers while achieving a much higher level of automation across the department via a sophisticated digital workflow.
The contract will continue to expand in 2016 as more of the department’s 150 plus officers and detectives begin using the new Audioworxs platform.
